Refaeli tells the magazine in its issue, on stands May 29, that she was "shocked that among all these beautiful ladies, I'm number one." Meanwhile, Maxim's editors say the Israeli beauty "puts the 'promise' in the Promised Land."

Capping off the top 10, which was voted on by readers for the first time ever: Olivia Munn; Mila Kunis; Katy Perry; Olivia Wilde; Jennifer Lawrence; Emma Stone; Megan Fox; Malin Akerman; and Adrianna Palicki.

The Huffington Post reports for all the talk about including "real women" in fashion spreads, it seems like plus-size models only pop up on special occasions, like Vogue Italia's all-plus size issue or a controversial nude photospread juxtaposing a fat body with a skinny one.

So, after a few months of quiet on the plus-size front, S Moda has put the spotlight back on bigger models and the never-ending body conversation. Candice Huffine, famous for being one-third of Vogue Italia's memorable plus-size cover shoot, poses for photographer Damon Baker for a cover story entitled "Una mujer real," or "A Real Woman."

Dorothy Jean Dandridge (November 9, 1922 � September 8, 1965) was an American actress and popular singer, and was the first African-American to be nominated for an Academy Award for Best Actress.^[1] She performed as a vocalist in venues such as the Cotton Club and the Apollo Theater.

After several minor bit parts in films, Dandridge landed her first noted film role in Tarzan's Peril (starring Lex Barker), in 1951. Dandridge won her first starring role in 1953, playing a teacher in a low-budget film with a nearly all-black cast, Bright Road, released by Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer.

In 1954, she was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Actress and a BAFTA Award for Best Actress in a Leading Role for Carmen Jones, and in 1959 she was nominated for a Golden Globe Award for Best Actress in a Motion Picture Musical or Comedy for Porgy and Bess. In 1999, she was the subject of the HBO biopic Introducing Dorothy Dandridge, starring Halle Berry as Dandridge. She has been recognized on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

Dandridge was married and divorced twice, first to dancer and entertainer Harold Nicholas (the father of her daughter, Harolyn Suzanne) and then to Jack Denison. Dandridge died of an accidental drug overdose at age 42.^[2]

Elizabeth Ruth "Betty" Grable (December 18, 1916 � July 2, 1973) was an American actress, dancer and singer.^[1]

Grable was celebrated for having the most beautiful legs in Hollywood and studio publicity widely dispersed photos featuring them. Her iconic bathing suit poster made her the number-one pin-up girl of the World War II era. It was later included in the LIFE magazine project "100 Photos that Changed the World". Hosiery specialists of the era often noted the ideal proportions of her legs as thigh (18.5"), calf (12"), and ankle (7.5").^[2] Grable's legs were famously insured by her studio for $1,000,000 with Lloyds of London.

Grable appeared in several smash-hit musical films in the 1940s, most notable: Mother Wore Tights in 1947, with frequent co-star Dan Dailey. She came to prominence in 1939 when she signed with Twentieth Century-Fox and signed on to appear opposite Ethel Merman in the Broadway musical Du Barry Was a Lady. But it wasn't until she was called back to Hollywood to replace Fox's musical queen, Alice Faye, in Down Argentine Way, that she became a household name. Throughout her career, Grable was typecast in her stereotype-musical film roles, and when her career faltered in the 1950s, she found it hard to reinvent herself as a serious-trained actress.

During her heyday in the 1940s, had several nicknames during her career like: "the girl with the million dollar legs," "the quick-silver blonde," "the queen of the Hollywood musical," and "the darling of the forties." Grable died in 1973 at age 56 of lung cancer.

The Huffington Post reports the first debate of Mexico's 2012 presidential election took place this past Sunday night, but unfortunately it seems the candidates had to share the spotlight with Julia Orayen, a former Playboy playmate.

In a white, skin tight dress with a plunging neckline, Orayen appeared as the usher for less than 20 seconds at the very beginning of the debate. Nonetheless, many say she stole the show.

"Unbelievably, to be honest. At the beginning I was quite shocked, I thought it was a trap from the (other) candidates," said Gabriel Quadri, the 2012 Presidential candidate from the "Nueva Alianza" political party, in Spanish to ADNpolitico.com

Ava Lavinia Gardner (December 24, 1922 � January 25, 1990) was an American actress.

She was signed to a contract by MGM Studios in 1941 and appeared mainly in small roles until she drew attention with her performance in The Killers (1946). She became one of Hollywood's leading actresses, considered one of the most beautiful women of her day. She was nominated for the Academy Award for Best Actress for her work in Mogambo (1953).

She appeared in several high-profile films from the 1950s to 1970s, including The Hucksters (1947), Show Boat (1951), The Snows of Kilimanjaro (1952), The Barefoot Contessa (1954), Bhowani Junction (1956), On the Beach (1959), Seven Days in May (1964), The Night of the Iguana (1964), The Life and Times of Judge Roy Bean (1972), Earthquake (1974), and The Cassandra Crossing (1976). Gardner continued to act regularly until 1986, four years before her death from pneumonia, at age 67, in 1990.

Diana Dors (23 October 1931 � 4 May 1984) was an English actress, born Diana Mary Fluck in Swindon, Wiltshire. Considered the English equivalent of the blonde bombshells of Hollywood, Dors described herself as, "The only sex symbol Britain has produced since Lady Godiva.
