The Sun reports a TRANSSEXUAL rap singer accused of killing a British student with a botched bottom implant has been arrested � at a "butt-pumping party".

Padge Victoria Windslowe � known as the Black Madam � was allegedly about to carry out MORE crude ops at the shady backstreet gathering.

Windslowe, 42, is already accused of injecting silicone into the behind of Claudia Aderotimi, 20, from Hackney, East London, shortly before the student died in the US in February 2011.

Police in Philadelphia swooped on the party after another woman nearly died following a Windslowe "booty op".
