The Wall Street Journal reports Mitt Romney won the Puerto Rico Republican presidential primary contest on Sunday, winning all of the island's 20 delegates at stake because he took more than half of the votes.

I�m not one to agree with the conventional wisdom that says Mitt Romney is a weak front-runner. If he gets the nod and he makes Sen Marco Rubio his runningmate to please the conservative base, he becomes super formidable in two seconds.
