Will Obama go Black Ops to dig dirt on conservative justices of SCOTUS to see ObamaCare his way?

Yesterday President Obama threatened SCOTUS not to strike down Obamacare. It was a highly improper thing for him to do and far beneath the dignity of the office of president of the United States.

But, if a president has no qualms in publically intimidating members of a co-equal branch of government, is it far beyond the realm of possibility for that same president to use every means at his disposal (F.B.I., IRS, CIA, N.S.A., private investitgators) to mount another kind of intimidation champagne to sway conservative justices?

I wouldn�t be so quick to dismiss this possibility.
